Important: Day 2 Details & Devpost Deadline

Hi everyone,

I hope you all enjoyed Day 1 of Hawkathon! It was great to see your energy, creativity, and passion throughout the day.

For Day 2, if your team would like to work together in person, our board members will be available at Hemphill Hall starting at 10:00 AM. Feel free to stop by, collaborate with your team, grab some snacks, and enjoy the experience.

Please remember that your final project draft must be submitted on Devpost by 9:00 PM on Saturday. Once submitted, Devpost entries cannot be edited; however, you may continue updating your GitHub repository. Judges may review both your Devpost submission and repository as part of the evaluation.

Also, please ensure that:

All team members are listed on your Devpost submission
Each member is using their correct full name (matching their official records)

We noticed that some participants are using different names, which may affect eligibility. Please correct this before the deadline to ensure your submission is properly considered.

Any violations of the rules may result in disqualification or a deduction of points.
